Growing up, hip-hop was the soundtrack to everything. It was more than music .
it was a mirror. The way artists could take the raw details of their lives and turn them into something you felt in your chest, that kind of storytelling hit different.

It gave me a sense of relatability I couldn't always find elsewhere, and over time, it quietly pushed my creative curiosity further and further. I started seeing the world differently - noticing light, movement, the poetry in ordinary moments.

So when the opportunity came to work alongside artists, to take the sonic worlds they'd built and translate them into something visual, it felt like a natural extension of everything hip-hop had already taught me. Music videos became my way of honoring that — a space where their sound and my vision could meet, and together tell a story worth watching.
